Dewwie provides general skin health guidance informed by our expert contributor network, including dermatologists, dermal therapists, cosmetic doctors, and pharmacists. This guidance is educational and informational in nature only.
Nothing on dewwie – including any response generated by our AI, any content on our website, or any communication from our team – constitutes medical advice, a medical diagnosis, or a recommendation for medical treatment.
Dewwie is not a substitute for professional medical care. You should always consult a qualified healthcare professional before making decisions about your skin health, medications, or treatments; seek immediate medical attention if you have a skin condition causing significant distress, pain, or concern; and not delay seeking professional advice based on anything you read or receive through dewwie.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, dewwie accepts no liability for any loss, harm, or damage arising from reliance on information or guidance provided through our Services.
You agree to use our Services only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these terms. You must not use the Services in any way that violates applicable laws or regulations; attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the Services or our systems; interfere with or disrupt the Services or connected servers; use automated tools, bots, or scrapers to access or extract content; impersonate any person or entity; submit false, misleading, or harmful information; or use the Services for commercial purposes without our prior written consent.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access at any time if we reasonably believe you have breached these terms.
If you create an account with dewwie, you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us immediately at hello@dewwie.com if you become aware of any unauthorised use.
We reserve the right to suspend or close accounts that are inactive, in breach of these terms, or otherwise at our discretion.
Dewwie uses artificial intelligence to provide personalised skin health responses. You acknowledge that AI-generated responses are based on the information you provide and our training data – they may not account for your full medical history or individual circumstances; AI responses can contain errors, omissions, or inaccuracies and should not be relied upon as definitive or complete; dewwie's AI is continuously developed and improved, and responses may change over time; and you use AI-generated guidance at your own risk, with the understanding that it does not replace professional clinical assessment.
Some links on dewwie – including product recommendations within the Services, on our website, and in our communications – may be affiliate links. This means dewwie may earn a commission if you make a purchase after clicking a link, at no additional cost to you.
Affiliate links are typically generated through third-party affiliate platforms rather than direct arrangements with individual brands. A product link may be an affiliate link even if dewwie has no direct commercial relationship with that brand.
From time to time, dewwie may offer exclusive discount codes provided by brands or affiliate platforms. Where this is the case, we will disclose it clearly.

Where these are available, you are responsible for the content you post; you must not post content that is defamatory, harassing, discriminatory, or harmful; opinions expressed by community members are their own and do not represent the views of dewwie; and we moderate community content at our discretion but are not responsible for third-party content posted on our platforms.

Our Services may contain links to third-party websites, provided for your convenience only. Links do not constitute endorsement or recommendation by dewwie unless expressly stated. We are not responsible for the content, accuracy, or availability of external websites and accept no liability for any loss or damage arising from your use of them.
By subscribing to dewwie communications, you agree to receive emails including skin health content, product updates, editorial features, and partner offers. You may unsubscribe at any time using the link in any email. Your information is handled in accordance with our privacy policy.
Our Services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, dewwie makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding the accuracy, completeness, reliability, or suitability of the Services for any purpose.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, dewwie excludes all liability for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential loss or damage arising from your use of the Services, including loss of data, loss of revenue, or personal injury.

If any provision of these terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue in full force and effect.
These terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia. You submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of New South Wales.
Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these terms does not constitute a waiver of that right or provision.
Dewwie is running a promotional giveaway for eligible individuals who join the dewwie waitlist during the pre-launch period. The Promotion is open to Australian residents aged 15 and over who joined the dewwie waitlist at dewwie.com prior to the draw date. Employees of dewwie and their immediate family members are not eligible to enter.
Entry is automatic upon submission of your details via the waitlist form at dewwie.com. One entry per person. Duplicate entries will be disqualified.
One winner will be selected by random draw at the time of dewwie's public launch, conducted by dewwie or its authorised representative. The winner will receive a personalised skincare routine curated by dewwie, including a selection of products chosen based on their skin profile. The approximate retail value of the prize is approximately $200AUD. The prize is not transferable, exchangeable, or redeemable for cash.
The winner will be contacted via the email address provided at registration within five business days of the draw. If the winner does not respond within ten business days of notification, dewwie reserves the right to redraw and select an alternative winner.
dewwie's decision in relation to all aspects of the Promotion is final. dewwie reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or modify the Promotion if affected by circumstances outside its reasonable control.
